CDCP Referrals

 Earn $250 for each CDCP you refer

WisCaregiver Careers Certified Direct Care Professional program is growing! Now teachers in Wisconsin schools and individuals on Wisconsin’s official CDCP registry can be rewarded for referring new participants. Here’s how it works.

Teacher referrals

When students earn their CDCP certification, teachers are eligible to receive bonus incentives for their school in the teacher’s name. These can be used to support Health Science Career Pathway programs.

There is no limit to the number of students a teacher can refer. If ten students earn their CDCP certification through a health science class or independent study, the referring teacher could earn $2,500 for their school!

CDCP referrals

In addition to the $500 incentive participants are eligible to earn through certification and employment in the field, CDCPs can also earn an additional $250 for every friend referred to the program. Individuals referred to WisCaregiver Careers must:

There is no limit to the number of referrals a CDCP can make. What’s more, referred friends and colleagues who become certified direct care professionals are also eligible for a $500 bonus through qualified employers.
